Dr. Michel A. Khoury is a distinguished leader in the field of education, with over two decades of experience in guiding institutions toward excellence.
Prior to his current roles, Dr. Michel A. Khoury served as School Director of Eastwood International School through 2021, guiding the organisation’s academic and operational frameworks before transitioning to global strategy and expansion leadership.
As the CEO of Eastwood Schools, Dr. Khoury brings a wealth of expertise in educational leadership, strategic planning, and innovative school management.With a solid academic foundation, including a Doctorate in Organization Management from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in International Educational Development in Finance and Planning from Columbia University, Dr. Khoury has been instrumental in transforming Eastwood Schools into a beacon of global education, renowned for its commitment to academic integrity and international standards. His visionary leadership has expanded the reach of Eastwood Global, ensuring that students from diverse backgrounds receive a world-class education that prepares them for the challenges of the modern world.

At Eastwood Global, I have the unique opportunity to leverage my extensive experience as an Academic Director to enhance educational outcomes on a global scale. With 23 years in the field, including 5 years dedicated to online education, I am committed to creating and overseeing academic programs that embrace diverse perspectives and innovative teaching methods.
My role involves fostering an environment that supports both students and educators in navigating a rapidly evolving educational landscape. I am passionate about integrating cutting-edge online platforms and strategies to enrich the learning experience, ensuring that our academic offerings are both inclusive and effective in preparing students for success in a globalized world.
In addition to my role at Eastwood Global, my involvement as a member of the IB Educator Network (IBEN) allows me to contribute further to the field. I serve as a Program Leader, Evaluation Leader, and Chair of multi-programmed and synchronized visits, bringing my expertise to various aspects of IB education.
My work is complemented by my role as a NEASC approved visitor, underscoring my commitment to educational excellence and continuous improvement in global education standards.

Having spent over a decade in international education, admissions, and strategic partnerships, I help students and families around the world find flexible, high-quality educational pathways. Since 2021, I have specialized in online education, working with leading online schools across the IB, American, British, and Indian curricula.
Having guided thousands of prospective students through the admissions process, I bring extensive experience supporting globally mobile families, student-athletes, performers, and learners seeking a personalized online education. My focus is helping each family identify the pathway that best aligns with their child's academic goals and future aspirations.
I am also the parent of a high school student who graduated from an online school. Having experienced online learning firsthand, I understand both its opportunities and the questions families weigh when choosing this model. That insight allows me to guide parents with empathy, practical advice, and confidence.

Our teachers work live, not asynchronously, in classes averaging 1:12, with students representing 35+ nationalities across two global timetables. Middle School follows the Cambridge IGCSE framework as registered school CH044.
